*For Trainees, nurses and technicians a proof of status is required in order to complete the registration. A proof of status is an official letter written in English and signed by the head of the hospital department on official hospital letterhead and not older than 3 months

Group Registrations

If you are interested in a group registration (10 persons or more), contact the Congress Secretariat for further information. Please note that no registration will be made without full personal contact details for each participant. Blank registrations are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

Refunds (less €25 for taxes and administrative expenses) will be granted to those delegates unable to attend. Cancellations must be addressed to the Organizing Secretariat in writing before December 18 2026. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after December 18 2026.
Whether the congress should be moved to an online-only solution after December 18 2026 no reimbursement will be issued.

All refunds will be issued after the end of the Congress.

Hotel Facilities

In accordance with applicable regulations, the spa facilities of the Radisson Blu Latvija Conference & Spa Hotel are unrelated to the congress activities and access to the spa isn’t promoted nor included in delagates registration fee and in Invited Speakers’ hotel rooms free facilities.
